Sorry about the delay folks

It has been a bit of a crazy week.

I spent most of it at a conference, conveniently located a five minute walk from my apartment. It was all about quantum dot sensitized soar cells, and after listening to three days on the state of the art, I have decided this field is a complete mess. Asaf wisely reminded me that this only means there are great opportunities. I hope he is right since I am getting a nudged in that direction.

Every night I was out till late, either schmoozing with the scientists or at Ulpan. As a result, my pants fit a little tighter and I gained the cold that James had last weekend.

Today's goal is to drink copious amounts of apple juice mixed in with the odd neocitron, sleep as much as possible and get this cold over with. As long as I don't have a fever, we are planning a wee hiking and hummus tasting excursion to Abu Gosh tomorrow with Max, the ulpan attending Welshman, and his girlfriend Noa, Israeli and survivor of crazy articling placement.

Reckon the field's too crazy to make it a 502? :) I'd like to maybe do something solar cell related..

Actually I think this would make a good 502 topic. There is a lot of juice to it and it has seen a revival of sorts in the last two years after some years of stagnation. There is a lot of controversy about why they are less efficient than dye sensitized solar cells.
As well, there is a new review coming out were these guys SLAM other for reporting high efficiencies that are only an artifact of measuring a eety bitty tiny cell.
