Further proof that no day in Jerusalem is "normal". The other morning, James and I did our usual hike through the Valley of the Cross, and up the hill to the museum on the way to work. We popped out of the valley and into the park an this is what greeted us. In the trees, hundreds of scooters and the odd motorcycle collecting like fruit flies on a banana peel.
I am sure there was a reason, but this is Jerusalem, so I have no idea what the story was.
I can tell you this: there was not a Harley in sight. J-towner's are big on their rice rockets and their completely sooped up scooters.
